Great to meet you!

If you’re here, something probably feels heavy, and you don’t have to carry it alone.

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in psychology and nursing. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood changes, and life transitions, especially those who appear high functioning but feel overwhelmed internally.

My style is warm, calm, and collaborative. I combine thoughtful medication management with practical therapy tools like CBT and trauma-informed care, always explaining the “why” so you feel informed and empowered.

I don’t do rushed visits or one-size-fits-all plans. I believe in real conversations, personalized care, and building tools that create lasting stability, not just temporary relief.

If you’re ready to feel more grounded, clear, and in control, I’m here to walk that path with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, personalized, and intentional. I don’t believe in rushed appointments or one-size-fits-all treatment. I take time to understand you, not just your symptoms, because mental health is shaped by your biology, experiences, and environment.

I integrate evidence-based medication management with therapeutic support, including CBT and trauma-informed strategies. If medication is part of your plan, I explain the “why” so you feel informed and empowered.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions, especially those who appear high functioning but feel overwhelmed internally.

My style is calm, direct, and supportive. I value clarity, realistic goals, and partnership. You bring your experience; I bring clinical guidance. Together, we build lasting stability, not just temporary relief.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about clarity, not pressure.

You can expect a calm, welcoming space where you’re free to speak openly without judgment. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand what’s been going on, what’s feeling overwhelming, and what you want to feel differently.

By the end of our visit, we’ll identify clear next steps and begin building a personalized plan — whether that includes therapy tools, coping strategies, lifestyle adjustments, or medication if appropriate. I explain everything clearly so you feel informed and confident in your care.

My goal is simple: you leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful — with a clear path forward.
