Great to meet you!

Life can be complicated and overwhelming. There are times when people may feel hopeless, isolated, or like they have no choice but to struggle alone. As a queer person, I know the importance of connection and community. My goal is to offer a space where you can feel safe in vulnerability and supported in facing challenges.

My approach to therapy

I work primarily with adults and college-aged individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, or relationship issues. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in emotion-focused, relational work. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to find the best fit for your unique needs, believing that healing is not one-size-fits-all.

What you can expect from me

The first session is usually focused on laying the groundwork for future sessions, which often means discussing your life, your challenges, and your goals for therapy.
