Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, and exploring identity across culture, society and values. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with youth and young people.

My approach to therapy

Through psychotherapy, I can support you in examining and exploring the intersection of identity and mental health. This can help you live a fuller, more authentic life, with meaning and direction. I will work collaboratively with you to build a relationship that is trusting, non-judgmental and compassionate.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, I work with clients to thoroughly understand any initial challenges, and to gauge how mental health concerns could be influencing the daily life of clients. Additionally, I work to gain a sense of client life history, to begin to understand and conceptualize how we can move forward collaboratively into a space of healing and change.
