Great to meet you!

I have over 20 years experience as an LPC. I have worked in a variety of settings including private practice, working with individuals, couples and families, hospitals performing crisis evaluations and schools, providing counseling for students with emotional disabilities. I have a Masters of Science in Counseling from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University.

My approach to therapy

With a focus on mindfulness techniques, identification of nonproductive thought patterns, and encouraging a healthy life balance, we can work together toward the change you would like to achieve. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, or any other life challenge, I am here to listen, guide and support you.

What you can expect from me
