Great to meet you!

I am a trauma-focused therapist with extensive experience supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse. I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace and regain a sense of control and stability in their lives.

My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, grounded in the belief that healing happens when individuals are empowered to reconnect with their inner resilience, wisdom, and capacity for growth. I work collaboratively with clients to help them process trauma, build coping skills, and develop a deeper sense of self-trust and empowerment.

I am deeply committed to honoring each client’s unique story and cultural context, and I strive to create a therapeutic relationship rooted in respect, choice, and emotional safety. My goal is to support clients not only in healing from past trauma, but also in reclaiming their voice, rebuilding confidence, and moving forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-focused, client-centered, and strengths-based, grounded in an empowerment model. I work from the belief that clients are the experts of their own lives and that healing happens through safety, collaboration, and choice.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on getting to know each other and creating a sense of safety and trust. There is no expectation to share details of your trauma. We will move at your pace, and you are always in control of what you choose to discuss. I’ll ask some general questions about what brings you to therapy, talk about your goals, explain my approach, and answer any questions you may have. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported as we begin this work together.
