Great to meet you!

Whether you are navigating anxiety, low mood, life transitions, or simply not feeling like yourself, you deserve care that feels personal and unhurried. I value genuine connection and take time to truly listen, so sessions feel supportive rather than rushed. Treatment is a partnership, and your voice matters throughout the process

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care, meeting clients where they are and moving at a pace that feels comfortable and respectful. I value genuine connection and believe that feeling heard and understood is the foundation of meaningful progress. My work integrates psychotherapy and medication management when appropriate, with a focus on thoughtful, individualized treatment rather than a one-size-fits-all all approach. I commonly work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood-related concerns, and life stressors, offering care that is supportive, practical, and tailored to each person’s goals

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we focus on getting to know one another and building a foundation for our work together. Unless a client naturally wants to share everything right away, the session is typically centered on understanding who you are, what brings you to care, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I will ask thoughtful questions to help clarify your goals while keeping the conversation comfortable and at your pace. There is no pressure to share more than you are ready to, and the session is meant to feel supportive, collaborative, and informative.
