Great to meet you!

As a board-certified psychotherapist and supervisor, I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to explore, heal, and grow. Therapy can be a place to challenge yourself, overcome obstacles, and discover your greatest potential. With 10 years of experience, I approach each session with confidence, empathy, and a commitment to helping you navigate life’s stressors and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Coming from a biracial background, I understand how culture and early experiences can shape our identity and influence the choices we make. However, I also believe that our past does not have to define our future. In our work together, we’ll take a solution-focused approach, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with other evidence-based practices to address identity concerns, relationship challenges, past trauma, mood disorders, and career development. My goal is to help you gain insight, build confidence, and move forward with clarity and purpose.

What you can expect from me

This space is yours, and together we’ll decide how to make therapy most useful and meaningful for you. I strive to create an environment where you feel genuinely welcomed and encouraged to be yourself. My goal is to combine professionalism with warmth—so you feel both comfortable and respected as we begin building a foundation for our work together.
