Great to meet you!

I’m Rebecca Jensen, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Colorado. My areas of expertise include relationship counseling, anxiety and depression management, trauma recovery, and life transitions. I take a client-centered, dynamic approach to therapy, tailoring my methods to meet your unique needs and goals. My priority is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to help you heal and grow.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that the best therapy is built on a foundation of mutual respect and partnership. In my work, I always prioritize your voice and input, and we will work together to co-create a plan that feels right for you. I strive to empower my clients, offering tools and guidance while respecting their autonomy and personal journey. This means that therapy with me is not a one-size-fits-all process; it’s highly individualized and adaptable to your evolving needs and preferences.

What you can expect from our first session

In our initial sessions, we’ll work together to understand your challenges and set clear goals for therapy. I’ll create a safe and supportive space where you can share openly, and I’ll tailor our approach to fit your unique needs. Throughout the process, we’ll work to explore new coping strategies, build self-awareness, and make meaningful progress toward your goals. Therapy is a journey, and my role is to guide and support you as you work through challenges and experience personal growth.
