Great to meet you!

Received a Masters of Social Work from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA in 1967. I am currently licensed in two States, California and Utah and have been practicing for 50 years. All my Sessions are conducted by Tele-Health.

I have considerable experience in Children's Protective Therapy and Juvenile Court presentations in California.

My approach to therapy

I’ve found that meeting weekly helps maintain momentum and creates a consistent space for healing. Between sessions, I may offer gentle practices or reflections to help bring awareness to past experiences—especially those involving emotional, physical, or sexual trauma—that may be affecting your ability to move forward.

What you can expect from me

The practices provide reassurance that we are making progress. The testing scores for the practices I assign are dropping rapidly and are usually down to zero by the 12th week of therapy!

One adult man, exclaimed by the 11th week, "Brooks what are you doing to me? I have never in 20-25 years, experienced the sky with such beautiful clouds and different hues. It is wonderful!"
