Great to meet you!

Therapy is a form of self-care. I am a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker with approximately 14 years of experience working with adults and youth. I am compassionate, nonjudgmental, and very experienced therapist. I love working and supporting clients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, imposter syndrome, burnout feelings, and attachment issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I create a safe and trusting environment, providing my clients with the emotional support needed to overcome challenging issues and make positive adjustments to feel and be your best. My approach helps clients find their own way through reflection, self care and self compassion.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session together, we'll start with introductions and discuss what your current challenges are, and how they may impact your life. Together we will create a treatment plan with goals and objectives according to your needs and wants for us to work through in follow-up sessions. We will come up with strategies to instill hope and discuss possible ways to cope with current stressors.
