Great to meet you!

I love helping people overcome struggles so that they can fully enjoy life as it is meant to be! Things happen, and sometimes even our best efforts aren't enough to change behavior patterns or to let go of events, losses, or fears. I will listen to your unique story and help guide you to freedom from your struggles.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I actively listen to client's feelings, thoughts, and desires and help them to find ways to make changes in their lives that are effective and realistic for each individual. I believe everyone has the ability to heal. I help them discover what will work best for them.

What you can expect from our first session

I partner with clients to identify goals and outcomes for therapy. Clients leave a session with me with actions they can take now and feeling heard and hopeful.
