Great to meet you!

I provide culturally-responsive, trauma-informed, and identity-affirming therapy for adults. I work with motivated individuals who are ready to make fulfilling changes in their lives. Therapy prioritizes creating a collaborative and validating space where clients feel seen, heard, challenged, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

Clients often describe my approach as warm, collaborative, and thoughtful. I bring cultural humility and deep respect for your lived experiences into our work together. Progress looks different for everyone - it may include feeling more connected to your emotions, gaining insights into patterns, or learning skills for managing stress. I work with individuals who are open to self-reflection and growth, including those navigating a variety of stressors. My goal is to honor your story while also decreasing symptoms and finding effective ways to cope.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will discuss your history, background, what brings you in, and what you hope to get out of therapy.
