Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and housing instability. My professional background includes working with veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness, couples, teens, young adults, and people navigating complex life circumstances. I believe healing happens in a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

I am passionate about helping clients identify their strengths, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. My goal is to meet each person where they are while providing support, encouragement, and practical tools that can be used outside of therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and strengths-based. I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing, and therapy should be tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and mindfulness-based techniques. Together, we will explore patterns that may be contributing to current challenges, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, achievable goals.

I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel comfortable being authentic, challenged when appropriate, and supported throughout their journey.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brought you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals so that I can better understand your experiences and what you hope to achieve.

The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine whether I am a good fit for your needs. Together, we will begin developing a plan that aligns with your goals and priorities. My aim is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.
