Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I work with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. I believe therapy should be a safe, honest, and supportive space where you can gain clarity and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and person-centered. I meet clients where they are while helping them identify patterns, build coping skills, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and take actionable steps toward their goals. I believe therapy should provide both understanding and tools you can actually use in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and understand what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss your current concerns, strengths, history, and goals while establishing a comfortable environment where you can be yourself. By the end, we’ll have a clearer direction for your treatment and the changes you’d like to work toward.
