Great to meet you!

Accepting new clients!

Even when life feels overwhelming, you already have strengths that therapy can help you build on. I help adolescents and adults feel more grounded and capable through a strengths-based, interactive approach with practical tools for managing anxiety, depression, and other mood-related challenges.

I have worked in individual and group settings, including high schools, partial hospitalization programs, and private practice. I take a holistic and strengths-based approach, identifying the assets you bring into the room and how these can serve your growth and healing. I received my Masters degree in Counseling at the University of Colorado-Denver.

My approach to therapy

I take a co-created, goal-oriented approach to therapy, beginning with understanding what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to change. We identify your existing strengths, develop practical skills, and work through current challenges in ways that feel realistic and sustainable. I also support family members affected by a mood disorder diagnosis.

I use some of the following modalities in my work:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Therapy

What you can expect from me

Each session, I aim to provide clients the opportunity to discuss any pressing concerns they have, while also holding onto the thread of big picture concerns that the client is working through. When I start working with a client, I always try to offer tools they can use when we are not together to help support them during the time between sessions.

If anything here resonates with you, I encourage you to reach out. Therapy is a collaborative process, and change is possible — you don’t have to navigate challenges alone. I look forward to the opportunity to work together.
