Hi, I look forward to meeting you! People say I'm easy to talk to and my approach in therapy is to meet you with what you need and check in along the way about how that's going. I will share with you my wisdom and experience, I see my own therapist and supervisor to help me be the most effective therapist I can be.

I specialize in a type of body-based or somatic therapy called Post-Traumatic Growth. We can explore feelings and sensations in your body to release trauma responses big and small. This is a slow and gentle process guided together that is profound and moving.

Clients often leave sessions feeling lighter, motivated, inspired, or more aware. I always take time to focus on the impact of a session and how it makes a person feel, trying my best to help them get out of it what they seek.
