Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Aaron Edmiston, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I've dedicated my life to helping people heal from addiction and trauma.

For over 13 years, I've worked in both inpatient and outpatient programs, helping individuals build more effective coping strategies, begin to resolve past trauma, and address the underlying issues that have held them back from living the life they want.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in building a strong partnership with you, one where your specific needs and goals are the priority. That's why I choose to integrate CBT and EMDR into our work – these are proven, effective therapies that have helped so many navigate challenges and move forward. When it comes to addressing trauma, I've found EMDR to be remarkably transformative.

What you can expect from our first session

My commitment to you is this: our work together will be built entirely around your unique blueprint and your desired future. I don't believe in generic solutions or off-the-shelf answers. Instead, my dedication is to diving deep into what truly matters to you so we can craft a path that fits perfectly.

Please note that I only have telehealth appointments available in the month of June. I will have availability for in-person sessions starting in July.
