Great to meet you!

I bring over 15 years of clinical experience to my work as a therapist, and my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself.

My approach to therapy

My style is calm, approachable, and straightforward—I listen closely, offer empathy, and provide practical guidance when it’s helpful. Clients often tell me they appreciate the balance of compassion and clear direction I bring to our work together. I value honesty, collaboration, and respect, and I aim to help you explore challenges at your own pace while building confidence and resilience along the way.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to help you feel comfortable and understood. We’ll spend time talking about what brought you in, what you’d like to work on, and any goals you may have. I’ll ask some questions to get to know you better, but there’s no pressure—you can share at your own pace. I’ll also explain how therapy works and answer any questions you might have about the process. By the end of the session, you’ll have a sense of my style—calm, approachable, and supportive—and we’ll begin to outline how we can work together toward the changes you’re hoping for.
