Great to meet you!

I have lived my entire life surrounded by creative people, which has provided me a unique perspective into both destructive and healthy responses to the world. I bring compassion, humor, and hope of the possibility that anyone can find solace in who they are and how they got here.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is extremely genuine, compassionate, and ... real. I have many years of experience working with clients who have encountered challenges in life transitions, identity/sexuality, relationships, historical family trauma, depression/anxiety, and questioning what it means to live their truth in life.

What you can expect from our first session

I move at the speed of trust. As our relationship strengthens, the discussions grow deeper. Clients can expect an extremely nonjudgemental, genuine style of session,
