A bit about my approach to therapy

I am trained in Gestalt therapy (a form of experiential relational therapy), EMDR, somatic therapy for trauma, ketamine assisted therapy, parts work, wilderness therapy, birth trauma, and am always learning more!

What you can expect from our first session

You are the pilot, I am your curious co-pilot. What you take away from sessions depends on what you bring to sessions. I will do my best to creatively respond to any directions you want to go.
