Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed by intense emotions or fear? Struggling with disconnection from loved ones or meaningful activities? Is the uncertainty of life feeling overwhelming and difficult to control? You are not alone in these emotions. My goal is to help you accept your emotions as natural and empower you to navigate them. With experience across various mental health settings I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental approach, tailored to your needs. Using evidence-based tools, I foster resilience and guide you through tough conversations, always with a focus on personal growth and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My focus is driven by the change you would like to see in your life. This often starts with a recognition of emotions and behaviors that are impacting you. This awareness helps us recognize patterns that become barriers to your goals. Building acceptance of these patterns helps guide you to use what skills/strengths are available, and find opportunities to learn new approaches. This change can feel stressful at times, and my goal is to help support that work through each step.

What you can expect from me

I want patients to not only reach goals, but to help understand why these goals are important in their lives. There are so many ways the views we hold of ourselves reflect a multitude of voices and influences that may no longer serve us. Starting from a place of acceptance helps us see these as they are. From there we can learn what that means for you, and what next steps would benefit you.
