Great to meet you!

My path as a counselor began over 10 year ago, serving clients in intensive outpatient substance use treatment. I learned from that experience how difficult it is for a person to feel stuck in life. Trauma, depression, chronic pain, anxiety; all of these things can make it hard to cope and can open the door to addiction. Since then, I have been dedicated to working with the whole of a person's experience, as opposed to just managing symptoms.

My approach to therapy

I provide therapy, somatic performance and wellness coaching. Through integrating Somatic Experiencing, relational psychodynamic therapy and attachment work, my goal working with you is to go beyond cognitive understanding to address stuckness that inhibits your authentic presence, confidence and embodiment. I will help you find strengths, implicit wisdom and somatic resources that can help transform fixity into flow.

What you can expect from me

I bring all my life's experience as a counselor, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, martial arts athlete and coach to my clients. I want to provide you with a helping relationship where you can be deeply heard, seen, and feel safe to explore yourself; to help you open up possibilities in your life that felt impossible before. If you want to heal, to feel connected and whole in body, mind, and spirit, I am here to help you.
