Great to meet you!

I'm a Massachusetts LICSW who works with people who've had to be strong for a long time - youth, neurodivergent adults, LGBTQIA+ folks, parents, and people navigating poverty, grief, burnout, trauma, or substance use. I bring lived experience to this work, not just credentials. I'm direct, warm, and genuinely invested in the people I work with. I do telehealth only, which means sessions are on your schedule, in your space, no commute required.

My approach to therapy

I think therapy should actually feel like something - not a checklist, not a lecture, and definitely not you sitting there wondering if you said the right thing. I pull from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness, but I shape the work around what you actually need. We'll identify your strengths, look honestly at the patterns that aren't serving you, and build practical tools you can use outside our sessions. I'll be straight with you, and I'll push back when it helps - but always at your pace.

What you can expect from me

Expect a conversation, not an intake form. I'll ask what brought you in, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping will be different. You don't have to have it all figured out - most people don't. By the end of our first session, you'll have a clearer sense of what we're working toward and a rough roadmap for how we get there. I'm accepting new clients now. Book directly through Headway - insurance accepted.
