Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker based in Massachusetts, and my heart lies in working with people who’ve had to be resilient in hard circumstances. I especially enjoy supporting youth, neurodivergent individuals and families, LGBTQIIA+ communities, and people navigating poverty, homelessness, abuse, grief, or burnout. I know many of these challenges firsthand, and I’m passionate about helping you move toward your own version of feeling safe, seen, and more like yourself.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as collaborative problem-solving—we’re not meant to carry everything alone. I draw from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused work to help you manage depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, relationship conflict, substance use, postpartum challenges, and more. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths and values while building practical tools you can use in daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll slow things down and get to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you in, what you’ve tried so far, and what you’d like to feel or do differently. There’s no pressure to tell your whole story at once—we’ll move at your pace. By the end, we’ll start outlining clear, realistic goals and a plan for our work together so you leave with a sense of direction and support.
