As a mixed-race, Queer therapist, I support other LGBTQ folks, providing a safe space to simply be. I believe our varying identities impact the way the world interacts with us, and how our mental health symptoms present. I view my therapeutic role as balancing support and action to nudge you into new patterns that better support you.

My approach to therapy

Your worry and anxiety can sometimes feel overwhelming- and maybe it's even been helpful in some facets of your life, but you're ready to move past it. I help folks lean into self-acceptance, compassion, and move past barriers to achieve your therapeutic goals and get your life to where you want it to be. I also help identify what strengths you already have and how we can build on those to create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

My work focuses on targeting unhelpful thought patterns we convince ourselves to be true, and mute that harsh inner critic. I firmly believe that you are the expert in your own life, which means we will work together to help you reach your goals. If you are interested in challenging your anxiety and taking an active stance in your healing, schedule a consultation to see how we can build a relationship with one another.
