Great to meet you!

I provide therapy to adults who are seeking compassionate and effective support as they navigate mental health and life challenges. With over 20 years of experience as a therapist, I am skilled in using and integrating therapeutic approaches such as CBT and ACT, as well as somatic and emotion-focused therapies, to help clients who are feeling stuck and looking for a way forward. I focus on building a safe and collaborative relationship to help clients learn and grow in ways that work for them.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I strongly believe in individualizing therapy, honoring the unique life experiences and identities that each client brings to the process of therapy. My style is collaborative, warm and empowering. I integrate a range of therapy approaches and focus on finding the pathways of healing and change that connect with each client.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to learn about themselves and take away practical strategies to work on goals and changes they are seeking. I create an accepting and validating environment while actively working with clients in the therapeutic process.
