Great to meet you!

I came to this work personally, and that experience shapes everything about how I show up for my clients. I know firsthand that yesterday does not have to define tomorrow — and that hope, more than almost anything else, has the power to change the trajectory of a life.

I want you to know something important: you do the work. I am just here to provide the space, the tools, and the support. Every breakthrough, every shift, every step forward — that belongs to you. Trauma touches all of us in different ways, and I believe deeply that everyone deserves the support and tools to move through it.

Outside of the therapy room, I am someone who values connection above all else. I love spending time with family, traveling, staying active, and constantly learning! You will often find me lost in a good book, exploring art, or enjoying great music or movies. I bring that curiosity and love of life into my work every day.

I became a therapist because I believe in people — in their resilience, their capacity to grow, and their ability to build a life that feels true to who they are. That belief never wavers, no matter what someone walks in carrying.

My approach to therapy

I believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role is not to hand you a one-size-fits-all solution, but to walk alongside you as you discover what works best for you. I am committed to helping you empower yourself to align with your values and your goals — on your terms.

I take a direct and structured approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and I am trained in EMDR. Depending on what you need, we can focus on processing through past experiences or building practical skills for the present — or both.

With over 10 years of experience, I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem. No matter what brings you to therapy, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, challenged, and genuinely supported.

You deserve to feel better. Let's figure out how to get you there.

What you can expect from me

Our first conversations are straightforward and collaborative. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you clarify what change would actually look like in your life. If you’re ready for grounded support that respects your strength and your limits, I welcome you to reach out.
