A bit about my approach to therapy

Dr. Tabor’s treatment philosophy begins with carefully listening to his patients. He then applies a balanced approach that combines therapy and medication management. This method not only addresses symptoms but also helps identify and address underlying psychological issues that may hinder recovery. His ultimate goal is to help patients achieve long-term mental health and well-being by targeting the root causes of their challenges.
