I have been a therapist for over twenty five years with a varied background including hospice, nursing homes, home care and individual counseling settings. I became a licensed, clinical social worker after graduating from the University of IL-Urbana 30 years ago.

1. I am a client focused clinician utilizing a strengths based, cognitive therapy approach. It is always important to start where the client is when coming to therapy.
