My approach to therapy
My style is direct and supportive. I believe in creating a warm, supportive place where my clients can feel safe and grow personally and relationally.

As a therapist, I want to work with you to achieve your goals. Mine are simple: to support you along your journey and to ensure you have a safe place to be your most authentic self (good, bad, and otherwise) and feel supported. As an MFT, I use an attachment-based approaches to therapy, including family systems, EFCT, EFFT, EFIT, and Narrative Therapy.
