My approach to therapy

Having practiced as a therapist for well over 20 years, I draw from a variety of theories in practice. Primarily I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but also have had training in several other methods - including certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
