Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families.

My approach to therapy

I see my role as that of a professional guide or consultant. My collaborative approach helps you to build on your strengths in order to face life’s personal challenges.

What you can expect from me

Together we will look at the beliefs you hold about yourself, others and the world. These are the beliefs that you developed long ago in childhood to cope with challenging circumstances but may no longer serve you. Now is the time to write a new narrative for yourself, develop healthy coping strategies and improve your relationships with others.

I offer free 15 minute phone consultations each afternoon Monday - Thursday and therapy appointments are generally scheduled between the hours of 9am - 12:30 pm Monday - Friday.
