Great to meet you!

Deeper self-awareness branches outward, touching nearly every part of life — your habits, your relationships, your self-worth. You make choices that align with your values instead of reacting on autopilot. You recognize patterns before they play out in familiar, unhelpful ways. That clarity also brings a greater sense of agency — the feeling that you're shaping your life rather than just responding to it.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic, drawing from psychoanalytic, cognitive behavioral (CBT), acceptance and commitment (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and holistic mind-body frameworks. I work with relationship issues, family issues, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, stress management, habit reversal, disordered eating, and identity concerns.

What you can expect from me

I do not hide behind a clinical curtain — meaning the therapeutic relationship feels human rather than transactional. I may challenge or reframe unhelpful ways of thinking when it’s needed, but always from a place of respect and belief in your resilience.
