Welcome! My name is Abbey Collins, I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and graduated with my Masters in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling in 2010 from USF Tampa.
I have over 25 years of experience in mental health field and 16 years of counseling experience. I specialize in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues and life transitions.
Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, I create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth.
I believe in a collaborative process—empowering clients to recognize their strengths and build the skills needed to create meaningful change. With warmth, empathy, and respect, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of every individual.
