Great to meet you!

I provide individual therapy for late adolescents and adults with a wide range of backgrounds. I have specialized experience working with depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues, grief, expats, crisis and life transitions. I am certified in TEAM-CBT for the specific treatment of depression and anxiety. However, I also integrate a Client-Centered and Solution-Focused approach to help you recognize your existing strengths and feel empowered to use them.

My approach to therapy

My approach includes a range of evidence-based techniques to facilitate change within a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgemental space. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, understood and able to make changes. My goal is to help you pursue the quality of life you have with yourself or with others, increase insight, and reduce distress.

What you can expect from me

The most important indicator of success in therapy is the relationship with your therapist. If you are interested in finding out if we will be a good fit, please reach out to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation.
