Great to meet you!

I specialize in mood disorders, dual diagnosis, and personality disorders, and I bring deep personal motivation to this work — mental illness has touched my own family, and that experience shapes how I show up for every client. I know how prevalent it is, and I believe with my whole heart that there is no shame in struggling or in seeking help. My greatest strengths are patience and a genuine drive to help people transform how they feel and rediscover that life can be better. Outside of sessions, I enjoy thrifting, exploring new foods, and spending time outdoors with my family.

My approach to therapy

I am an active listener — respectful, empathetic, and patient. My goal is for you to feel calm and at ease from the moment we begin. I want to hear your entire story, without rushing or judgment. One of the things I care most about is creating a space where you feel safe telling me the truth, because I know how many people hold back with their providers out of fear. Honesty is where healing begins, and I will never make you feel like you can't be fully open with me.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I'll focus on truly listening — understanding who you are, what you've been through, and what's brought you here. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, like there are no options left or that things simply can't get better. I want to gently begin to challenge that narrative together. You won't be rushed or pushed to share more than you're ready for. By the end of our time, my hope is that you leave feeling heard, a little lighter, and open to the possibility that change is within reach.
