I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in North Texas. I’m passionate about supporting teenagers and adults struggling with anxiety. I also work with those touched by adoption, including birth parents, adoptees or adoptive parents.
I support teenagers and adults in navigate anxiety by providing a safe and compassionate space where they feel seen, heard, and valued as they work toward greater peace and confidence.
I also walk alongside families touched by adoption, offering understanding and guidance to strengthen connections, honor unique stories, and promote healing for both parents and children.
Together, we’ll work through the stress of anxiety so you can have increased insight and more tools to create calmness in your life.
