Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with experience in mental health care since 2022, following nearly 15 years as a Registered Nurse in a high-acuity Medical Intensive Care Unit. Holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Arizona. Clinical interests include the treatment of mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and women’s mental health. Committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan.

I value compassionate, direct conversations that empower patients to feel informed and confident in their care. My goal is for every patient to have a clear understanding of their treatment options, expected outcomes, and to feel supported in making decisions about their own care.
The first session is always the scariest because you don't know what to expect. To start with, I promise I don't bite! But, the most important thing to know is that my first priority is getting you taken care of. The goal of the time we spend together is to work collaboratively to develop a care plan that blends my knowledge with your values to get you supported in the areas where you find yourself stuck and/or struggling. You should expect to be treated with respect and dignity throughout our time together and should leave with a clear understanding of a mutually agreed upon plan of care, expected outcomes, and any new medication/medication changes.
