Great to meet you!

I am proud to provide mental health treatment that supports teens, adults, veterans, and survivors of trauma and abuse and honors humans from all backgrounds, particularly POC and LGBTQIA2S+. I also see couples, families, and administer parent coaching. I have supported clients in meeting goals in many areas including: work; school; relationships; substance cessation; stress reduction; improved self-esteem; healing from trauma; coping skills; life transitions; emotional issues related to being adopted or fostered; coping with grief and loss; and improved emotional health and functioning.

I strive to be a compassionate, innovative, grounded source of support for you, contributing my clinical fervor, expertise, skills, and reflective capacity to the best cause of all—your healing and growth! I know the first step can be the hardest and I want you to know that it's okay to ask for help. Please reach out. I am here for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is flexible, holistic, nonjudgmental, and client centered. I am committed to client empowerment, so my treatment plans are always uniquely shaped to fit you and your goals, pacing, personality, and needs. I draw from a variety of methods including EMDR, DBT, Solutions Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy to honor your individual identity and process. I am also a certified provider for Emergency Responders and Public Safety Workers and have three and a half years of experience working as a mental health crisis responder within a law enforcement agency. I am not easily shocked nor do I shy away from crises or challenges.

What you can expect from me

You will leave our work with a clearer sense of yourself, practical tools to manage anxiety, and a stronger ability to show up for the relationships and goals that matter most to you. Therapy with me is collaborative — I'll bring evidence-based skills and a willingness to challenge you, and you'll bring the lived expertise of your own life. Together we'll build something durable: not a quick fix, but a foundation you can return to.
