Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University. I work with clients from young adults to older individuals, who are navigating a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, trauma, and LGBTQ+ concerns. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, or life transitions, I’m here to support you in a way that honors your unique journey and values.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy, focusing on the whole individual—mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to create a safe, empathetic space where we can work together to address challenges, foster personal growth, and build lasting resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will begin with an intake process where we’ll discuss what’s brought you to therapy at this point in your life, as well as your personal history, and your goals. This is a chance for me to get to know you better and understand your goals, so I can determine if I’m the right therapist to support you. Together, we’ll then create a collaborative treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, focusing on your current concerns and how we can work toward the changes you’re hoping to achieve.
