Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m someone who finds joy in creativity, compassion, and connection—with people, animals, and the natural world.

Art has always been a deep passion of mine; whether I’m painting, drawing, or exploring new mediums, it’s how I express what words sometimes can’t. That led me to art therapy.

I’m also someone who thrives on helping others. I believe small acts of kindness can create big ripples. My love for animals runs just as deep.

When I’m not creating or helping, you’ll most likely find me outdoors. Nature is my happy place—whether I’m hiking, camping, gardening, or just watching the sunset, it recharges and inspires me.

In everything I do, I try to lead with empathy, creativity, and curiosity.

My approach to therapy

Using a variety of creative tools and therapeutic methods, art and talk therapy offer a safe space to explore and work through what’s beneath the surface.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, clients can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where they are truly seen and heard.

My approach is both creative and compassionate—whether we’re talking, creating, or simply sitting with something difficult, I bring gentle curiosity and genuine care to the process.

I believe healing doesn’t have to look just one way, so I draw from different tools and creative expressions to help uncover what words alone might not reach.

You can expect to walk away feeling more connected to yourself, supported in your journey, and reminded that you don’t have to go through things alone. While we may explore deep and sometimes sticky emotions, we’ll also make room for hope, insight, and even a little lightness along the way.
