Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of experience. My work focuses on supporting teens, young adults, adults and seniors dealing with anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, and life stress. Many of my clients feel worn down by constant worry, intrusive thoughts, or a low mood that makes it hard to enjoy life or feel motivated.

I take a compassionate, collaborative approach and tailor therapy to each person’s needs. Sessions are a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and learn practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident over time.

For clients who desire it, I offer optional Christian counseling in a respectful, client-led way. You do not need to be a Christian to work with me, and faith is never forced.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person. I believe that meaningful change happens when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Together, we’ll work to identify patterns, uncover strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move toward the life and peace you’re seeking.

I draw from evidenced based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Progressing Therapy (CPT), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also integrate Christian Therapy for clients who wish to include spirituality in their healing process.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a time for us to get to know each other and begin building trust. I’ll invite you to share what brought you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and what goals you hope to achieve. I’ll also share a bit about my approach to therapy and answer any questions you have about the process.
