Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in ADHD, mood disorders, and complex or unclear diagnoses. My approach is collaborative but direct - I focus on getting the diagnosis right and creating a treatment plan that truly fits your life.

I have experience across outpatient and residential settings, and I often work with patients who are looking for more clarity or haven’t found answers elsewhere.

My goal is to help you better understand your symptoms, feel more in control, and move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and direct. I focus on understanding patterns over time to ensure an accurate diagnosis, then work with you to create a treatment plan that’s practical and individualized.

I tend to work well with patients who want clarity, honest feedback, and a more tailored approach rather than a one-size-fits-all model.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on gaining a clear, comprehensive understanding of your history, symptoms, and goals. I ask thoughtful questions to identify patterns over time, not just what’s happening in the moment.

You can expect a structured but conversational approach, with space to feel heard while also leaving with initial impressions and a clear plan for next steps.
