Great to meet you!

I want clients to know that I show up as a real, steady, and compassionate person in the therapy room. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I don’t believe in forcing a pace or pushing you into places you’re not ready to go. Instead, we work together to create a space where you can slow down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and feel genuinely understood.

You can expect me to be engaged and present — someone who listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and offers gentle but honest reflections when they’re helpful. I value transparency, autonomy, and cultural humility, and I approach each person with respect for their lived experience and the many identities they hold.

Therapy with me is a partnership. I bring my training, my attunement, and my humanity; you bring your story, your strengths, and your goals. Together, we’ll make sense of patterns, navigate challenges, and build the kind of internal space where healing and change can take root.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens in a safe, authentic relationship. I work from a relational and person‐centered foundation, meaning I pay close attention to your lived experience, your strengths, and the patterns that shape your relationships. I integrate modalities such as Emotion‐Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you understand yourself with more clarity and compassion.

In our work together, you can expect a collaborative, non‐judgmental space where we move at a pace that feels right for you. My role is to help you explore what’s beneath the surface, make sense of your emotions, and support you in creating meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a therapeutic relationship grounded in safety, respect, and curiosity. I’ll invite you to share what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together.

Together, we’ll identify what you want from therapy—whether that’s symptom relief, deeper self-understanding, support through a transition, or developing new skills. Your goals can evolve over time, and we’ll revisit them as needed.
