Great to meet you!

My name is Abby, and I am a clinical social worker licensed in Texas. I have experience working in residential, community-based, and school-based mental healthcare settings, and address a number of stressors ranging from anxiety, depression, navigating life stressors and change, to addressing trauma histories.

My approach to therapy

My approach to working with you is simple: meet you where you are, as you are. I firmly believe in creating a safe and inclusive space where you can feel heard, valued, and understood. I strive to help you navigate the things that are serving as barriers to you achieving your goals. No issue is too big or too small; if you are needing a place to process, I am here!

What you can expect from me

I bring warmth and curiosity to sessions, and when working with me, clients will be met with authenticity and honesty. You are the expert of your own experience, and will be treated as such as we collaborate towards helping you reach your goals.
