Great to meet you!
I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest about what you’re going through without feeling judged. My approach is warm, supportive, and practical. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand the patterns, experiences, and emotions that may be keeping them stuck while developing tools to create meaningful change.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, difficult childhood experiences, life transitions, and issues related to self-worth and emotional well-being. I also enjoy working with couples who want to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, work through conflict, or develop healthier relationships.
My therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused interventions, and other evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s needs. For clients who desire it, I can also integrate Christian faith and spirituality into the counseling process.
My style is conversational, compassionate, and direct when needed. I won’t simply sit back and listen. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, help you identify patterns, challenge perspectives that may be holding you back, and work with you toward practical solutions.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling in your relationships, carrying unresolved experiences from your past, or simply realizing that something in your life needs to change, you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. My goal is to help you gain greater clarity, confidence, emotional health, and the tools you need to move forward.
