Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of clinical counseling experience, I’ve worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life circumstances. This has shaped an approach that is both holistic and flexible, allowing me to meet you where you are rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method.

My areas of focus include holistic health psychology, trauma healing, and support for individuals navigating autoimmune conditions and cancer. In our work together, I take an active and engaged role—helping you reflect, gain insight, and build emotional awareness, while also offering practical tools, tangible resources, and meaningful experiences that support real-life change.

I provide counseling and coaching in a space that is inclusive of all cultures, religions, and belief systems. I am also bilingual and offer services in Urdu and Hindi for those who feel more comfortable expressing themselves in those languages.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in holistic mental wellness—supporting the mind, body, and spirit as interconnected parts of your overall well-being. I view healing as a process that goes beyond just thoughts or emotions, recognizing that mental health is shaped by physical health, emotional experiences, relationships, and spiritual connection.

In our work together, I focus on creating balance across all areas of your life, helping you cultivate a deeper sense of alignment, resilience, and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, supportive space where you are invited to show up exactly as you are. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I begin by getting to know you—your story, your current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy or coaching. This is not a one-size-fits-all process; it’s a conversation shaped around you.

Together, we explore your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being through a holistic lens. I use a Whole Person Model to understand how different areas of your life are connected, helping us identify patterns, strengths, and areas that may need support.

You may also be introduced to simple, practical tools rooted in both modern therapeutic approaches and time-honored wellness practices—techniques that are meant to feel accessible and relevant to your everyday life. These are not overwhelming or rigid, but gently integrated based on your comfort and goals.

Most importantly, you can expect personalized care. The first session sets the foundation for a collaborative journey, where your needs guide the process and your growth is supported with intention, clarity, and compassion.
