Great to meet you!

Finding the right support can feel overwhelming, and I want to make that process feel as simple and welcoming as possible. My work centers on helping people move through anxiety, depression, and addiction with compassion and practical tools tailored to who they are. Every person carries their own strengths, and my role is to help you recognize and build on them. Whether you are facing something new or have been struggling for a long time, you deserve care that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

Care, to me, is a partnership. I work with you to understand not just your symptoms but your full story, so we can build a path that feels right for you. My approach is warm and participatory. I want you to feel heard, involved in every decision, and genuinely supported throughout your care.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I will ask about what brought you in and what you are hoping to change. There is no pressure to share more than you are ready for. By the end, we will have a clear sense of next steps and what working together might look like.
