Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I’m truly glad you’re here. As your Counselor, my role is to walk beside you as you bravely explore the healing available within yourself.

My experience includes supporting individuals working through trauma (including betrayal trauma), relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and other mood-related concerns. I draw from a blend of evidence-based modalities such as CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness practices, somatic work, and yoga. I am currently expanding my clinical skills with DBT training.

I provide therapy for children, adults, and older adults, supported by more than 10 years in the Wellness profession. As an INELDA-trained Death Doula, I also specialize in grief work and end-of-life transitions. I am intuitive, empathic, and deeply committed to helping you honor your experiences. It would be my privilege to support you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

I use a compassionate, strength-focused approach to create a safe space where you can express your pain, feel seen and validated, and gain guidance in understanding and processing your emotions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and grounding environment where your experiences and emotions are taken seriously. We will explore what brings you to therapy, identify your primary concerns, and begin discussing the goals you want to work toward. I take time to understand your story, your strengths, and the supports in your life so that we can build a plan tailored specifically to your needs.

You can expect empathy, curiosity, and clarity as we begin navigating your path toward healing. My goal is for you to leave that session feeling heard, supported, and confident about the direction we’ll take together.
