Great to meet you!

Rediscover clarity and connection—one step at a time. Walk & Talk therapy offers a relaxed, outdoor alternative to traditional in-office sessions. Together, we will walk through a local park while processing your experiences to help you find new perspectives and problem-solving strategies.

My approach to therapy

Why choose Walk & Talk?

  • Fresh air and movement to support mental clarity
  • A less intimidating, more natural setting
  • Gentle rhythm of walking helps ease self-reflection and conversation
  • Ideal for clients who process better in motion or who want a different experience from office-based therapy

What you can expect from me

Sessions are tailored to your pace.

First session are always virtual to ensure walk and talk to the best option for you. In person walk and talk sessions can be done after the first session at a local park within 10 miles of 32807 (Orlando, FL). I have several options to choose from that are public parks that are not too busy and have great walking paths. Sessions can also be continued virtually at any time, and when weather does not permit a in person walk and talk session.
