Great to meet you!

I help individuals who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in cycles of anxiety and overthinking learn how to regain control of their thoughts, emotions, and daily lives.

Many of my clients struggle with stress, self-doubt, relationship challenges, people-pleasing, or feeling emotionally drained from carrying too much on their own. They often feel trapped in unhealthy patterns, disconnected from themselves, and unsure of how to move forward.

In therapy, we focus on understanding what’s truly keeping you overwhelmed while building practical tools you can use in everyday life. Together, we work on managing anxious thoughts, regulating emotions, setting healthy boundaries, improving communication, and responding to challenges with greater confidence and clarity.

My approach is supportive, structured, and goal-oriented. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients create meaningful, lasting change. Faith-based counseling is also available for those who desire it.

If you’re ready to better understand yourself, strengthen your emotional well-being, and move forward with more confidence and peace, therapy can help you get there.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, structured, and goal-oriented. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients create meaningful, lasting change. Faith-based counseling is also available for those who desire it.

If you’re ready to better understand yourself, strengthen your emotional well-being, and move forward with more confidence and peace, therapy can help you get there.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where you can share what’s been going on at your own pace.

We’ll begin by briefly reviewing confidentiality and how the therapy process works so you feel comfortable and informed. From there, we’ll focus on what brought you to therapy, the challenges you’re currently facing, what’s been weighing on you emotionally, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, patterns, relationships, and daily experiences, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once. Therapy is a process, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of your next steps and begin learning practical tools you can start applying in your everyday life. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels realistic, structured, and tailored to your personal goals and needs. Faith-based support is also available for those who would like to incorporate it into therapy.
