I help individuals who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in cycles of anxiety and overthinking learn how to regain control of their thoughts, emotions, and daily lives.
Many of my clients struggle with stress, self-doubt, relationship challenges, people-pleasing, or feeling emotionally drained from carrying too much on their own. They often feel trapped in unhealthy patterns, disconnected from themselves, and unsure of how to move forward.

Together, we work on managing anxious thoughts, regulating emotions, setting healthy boundaries, improving communication, and responding to challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
My approach is supportive, structured, and goal-oriented. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients create meaningful, lasting change. Faith-based counseling is also available for those who desire it.
